ality.We had a great experience From the time we walked in to the Excellent Service to the Food and the overall ambiance which was breathtaking.
We loved it so much that we had to go back the 2nd time. Its worth visit.

We were put into Room 2 next to the Pool. It was really Old and the shower was so tiny and the bed was a double bed for the first night. Then they switched us to Room 16, but due to the cold weather, there was NO Heat. They put us in Room 17 and it was Awesome. The Bed was Queen size, The Shower was HUGE and there was HEAT. The Place is Old, but so Beautiful and very very Clean. We will tell EVERYONE to stay Here when they visit St.Augustine. Thank you to Lisa and Julie at the Front Desk for putting up with me. Stayed two nights just recently, a Friday and Saturday. The place was taken over by a large group of what appeared to be locals that wheeled around a large amplifier speaker with them while they all sat outside their rooms and around the pool all day and night. Management did nothing to alleviate the issue. Management was made aware but seemed unwilling to confront this large group of people even though one of them acknowledged getting multiple complaints. On Saturday, it appears people from around town park outside the "resort" on the street and use the pool. Nothing but loud music and lot's of alcohol.
The vast majority of the rooms face the pool. Our room had no weather stripping around the door at all. During the day you could see light coming in from all around the door. Zero noise reduction. Even without the aforementioned music playing, you can hear everyone downstairs talking as if you were standing next to them. Don't like to sleep at all? This is the perfect place for you as we found it very hard to.
The bathroom had hair from the previous guest still stuck to the wall of shower. More hair found on the floor in the corner of the room. One of the beds were not completely remade and we had to ask for more sheets and then had to make the bed ourselves! We observed sand on the floor as well indicative of lack of sweeping the tile floor.
Don't bother leaving the do not disturb/please make up room sign on the door. We did not leave anything outside on the door and nobody came by anyways. Room was in same condition we left it in when we left.
Will never stay at this place again. I'd just assume stay in a tent before I stay here again.
We were really looking forward to staying here July 2020 as this resort looks lovely, as part or 25th wedding anniversary trip, but covid19 had other ideas. Our flights were cancelled by British Airways so we had no way of getting there from the UK.
We informed the hotel and they refunded us in full with no arguments.
We will definitely be booking again to go to this hotel as they have been so accommodating.

What better way to relax on a Sunday than to sit at a table overlooking the water, listening to reggae music, sippin on a Goombay Smash, and eating wonderful calamari???? Oh and then go check out gators :)
Relaxed atmosphere with reasonable prices. Bands playing but not so loud you can’t have a conversation without yelling. Fresh fish was awesome and cooked to perfection. Perfect casual date night with the marina in view to see all of the boats.
