We have been to La Pentola several times & I must say this was a very special evening. It was our wedding anniversary(31 yrs.) & loved being in the quiet courtyard for dinner. The music was soft but jazzy, server prompt, but not overbearing. It is reminiscent of the recent trip we took to Europe where no one hurries the dining experience.
We ordered off the main menu. I had salmon with spinach atop, with a lovely light sauce & amazing veggies including golden beets, Brussels sprouts, & quartered roasted potatoes seasoned perfectly.
We also had Camarones (shrimp) apply that was delicious!
Some of the specials sounded wonderful but they are priced a little higher than the regular menu which had plenty of choices.
It was great to see the owner Susan! She chatted with us cordially & then went on to serve other guests-she remembered us & we haven't been there for a couple years! Amazing! Certainly won't be that long before we visit again!
