A bit quirky but the longer we stayed the more we liked this place. Older home complex converted into hotel w breakfast. Maybe two blocks off of downtown—I think 17 rooms.
There is no check in. Good directions—they email your room number and door lock pin pad is coded with last four# of your phone number. No key to have to carry around. Nice room, great air conditioning. Very good bed. They emailed us each day to ask if we wanted drinks around 5 pm and also breakfast. The first night they delivered a very nice charcuterie board and two glasses of nice Chardonnay. We opted for breakfast in the courtyard the next morning—an excellent breakfast—small salad with strawberries, sausage, a cooked egg casserole thing and little sweet potato tater tots—all arranged beautifully on the plate. Also juice and coffee and water. Service was very fast. Breakfast changed each day but was similar. Always a glass of wine at night. You told them the time you wanted so they were ready and knew who you were. Never had such a remote kind of service which actually worked really well. You basically never say staff until you needed them and then there were plenty of great staff. Great place. Across the street from the water.
