What a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and well maintained with a view of the intercoastal. The breakfast is tasty and set in a nice second floor dining area with a view. It's an easy walk to downtown over a scenic bridge. It's quiet. And the people are pleasant and helpful.

My wife and I are planning a large family reunion in August and were out looking for nice hotels in the area for places for our family to stay. We had our cameras with us to show our family where they might be staying. We were on on the pool deck when this lady with dark hair and glasses comes out screaming and very rudely screams it is private and it was not appreciated that we were there. Other people sitting there looked shocked at her tone of voice and rudeness. Needless to say we marked this Hotel off our list.
This man and his wife were not guests of the hotel. They sneaked onto the property avoiding entry at the lobby, blatantly took their high powered cameras with telephoto lens to take pictures unauthorized by the hotel. When approached they ignored the front desk staff three times who inquired if they were guests of the hotel. When finally they responded that they were taking pictures, they were told that it is against hotel policy for non-guests to photograph from the property. They were asked to stop and exit the property. They got angry and did not like it and told the staff on duty they were rude. It is this couple who was rude and violated private property. Our hotel policy is no commercial photography is allowed by anyone and only personal photographs are allowed to be taken by hotel guests.
The private balcony was perfect.. great view of water way and the city of St.Augustine…. Breakfast was great also.. the staff was very polite and friendly..
the rooms were clean and very comfortable..
We will definitely be coming back for our next Getaway..

Belinda, Gina, and Jennifer are so great, loved talking with them. Loved sitting on our porch watching the ships and birds and jumping fish. So clean, bed so comfy and the breakfast was made by a chef, so delicious and every days menu was different, and plentiful. THIS is the place to stay, better than perfect. We stayed 5 nights.

We came here by boat for a birthday getaway and used the marina. Very nice floating docks are located right in front of the hotel with plenty of water depth.
The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing but praise for this little gem. We’ll be back.
