We had the best family trip to St. Augustine and a big part of that was our rooms at La Fiesta Ocean Inn and Suites. We had no complaints out of 14 people - everyone's needs were met and exceeded. Rooms - we had 4 different kinds - apartment - suite - king room and double queen - were just what we needed. Breakfast delivered to your door!!! Pool for the kids and a lovely boardwalk to the ocean for early morning walks. But more importantly the ladies at the front desk who helped us with any and all inquiries. Thank you - we will be back.

I love La Fiesta Inn and Suites! It's a true Mom and Pop motel with sweet touches that can only come from a family owned place.

We stayed in the apartment suite and loved having the full size fridge, range with oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven. Plates, bowls, cookware and utensils are provided as ore tea towels, pot holders and oven mitts. There are 8 plates but only 4 bowls so we did have to wash those often. Seattle's Best coffee is available in the room as well as paper towels. Dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid were both under the sink. The only item I couldn't find was a cookie sheet for full size oven.

The living room has a fold out bed, perfect for our 15yo to sleep on. She has her own TV and full bathroom too. The bedroom has it's own TV, full bathroom, two closets and doors to an enclosed patio. The bed was comfortable to me. Bedding crisp and clean. Pillows adequate although I did miss my pillows from home.

It does look dated so be prepared for that but it can meet your needs if you put "resort" expectations aside and think more like "Granny's Old Cottage". Patio furniture has seen better days but still offers a place to sit for a morning coffee.

This suite is on the road side so you will hear road noise while outside but it is quieter inside. You will also have a view of the Fiesta Falls Mini Golf from the patio but we didn't hear any sounds coming from there. It was great to walk next door and play a round.

Heated pool was warm but not so warm that it was uncomfortable. Just be aware that you do have to walk across the parking lot to get to it. The walk to the beach was fast and pleasant. We loved having breakfast delivered every morning although healthy options are limited. We tipped our server every morning and she seemed to appreciate that.

The fact that you can pick up the Beach Trolley to town right in front of this hotel is also a plus and the staff are so accommodating and sweet. It was like coming home to mom. You can ask for whatever you need and they will help you. They are worth coming back for.

Now for the one true con. The floor of this suite is in need of a serious deep cleaning. It is tile and the grout between the tile is black as are the bottom of my feet. I highly suggest wearing footwear while walking around and you may not want young ones playing on the floor. It's truly not good.

I still love it here and can recommend it to those who have a Mom and Pop expectation, otherwise you may not be happy. Either way, having a bad time at the beach is impossible.

We stayed 5 days at this hotel. The location is great, right next to a mini-golf course, which the kids loved. The weather was cold, but the heated pool was nice and the kids didn't complain. The highlight was the yummy breakfast of bakery items like scones and croissant breakfast sandwiches, all included. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pull out beds were worn and a bit uncomfortable.

Five stars! What a great find. You would expect much less for the price. Amazing location right on the beach. So well kept. It is evident the owners take great pride in their place because everything is in great shape and clean! And the customer service is great. They really want you to have a great stay and are so helpful. The breakfast is awesome, homemade and delivered to your room! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. The miniature golf course next door is also a great way to spend an hour or so!

We stayed one night at La Fiesta Inn with a beautiful room with an ocean view. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to the nearby restaurants and getting a feel for the town. The hotel grounds are pretty and well maintained and close to the beach. We took amazing sunrise pics of the ocean and then came back and enjoyed a delicious breakfast served to our room. We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in St. Augustine
