Stayed here September 19th-22nd. On the morning of the 21st at 4:30 am, we were startled awake by fire alarms blaring. Got dressed and everyone evacuated the hotel. No intercom announcement from the staff at all for the two hours we were outside. When allowed to return we were told it was a faulty alarm system. Later that day I contacted the front desk and asked how are they going to make this right? It's as if it had fallen on deaf ears. It wasn't until I contacted Courtyard Corporate that the front desk finally responded hours later and offered me 5,000 points for my inconvenience, which I still haven't received although Courtyard Corporate has told me they reached out to management and urged them to reach out to me. No response as of press time. If you're looking for a hotel that cares about the customers experience, then this is not the hotel for you. Management and staff seem unconcerned. As far as the hotel condition, the lobby and pool area are beautiful but thats where it stops. The rooms are dated and in my room was a dirty couch with stains. Spare yourself the aggravation and disappointment. Stay somewhere else unless you only like beautiful pool and lobby areas and a staff that can give a hoot about their customers experience.
