    Not ever staying here again

    We had a personal item missing from the room and although we completed a complaint form, there was no resolution. The shower head retaining bar was loose from the wall, making it hard to lineup the shower head. The sink was loose from the wall. Any light pressure would have cause it to fall.

    Room tip: Select a room towards the back away from the main street.

    TERRIBLY AVERAGE....

    An old hotel riding on the coat tails of the LaQuinta Brand. We had a king plus suite with the tiniest bathroom EVER and a 6" mattress on the sofabed. Had there not been a very small adult in the sofabed, it would have been unusable. The mattress also had dead bugs on it and no sheets so we were making up our own bed at midnight.
    The breakfasts are getting skimpier and skimpier and the coffee weaker and weaker BUT they're PET FRIENDLY and that's the ONLY reason I keep going back.
    Also didn't really feel that my suitcases and vacay items were really safe in my car in the parking lot overnight. Security was non apparent.

    Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at the La Quinta Tallahassee North location. We're very concerned about the issues you've mentioned and are sorry that we dropped the ball as we did during your stay. You should expect a room that is clean and well taken care of, and we failed you here.

    We were built in the late 70's as a La Quinta, and have never changed brands. We look forward to a renovation so we are more compatible to the new La Quinta's being opened around the US.

    We hope to see you again on your future travels through Tallahassee.

    hotel accomdation

    very nice hotel, very nice pool and contintental breakfast. located in a very good place in town. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and very nice. Large hotel with hundreds of rooms.

    Room tip: rooms that start with 100 are close to pool or right in front of it.

    Average is about it!

    I know it's the only LaQuinta in the town so we stayed here before a flight out of town. We got there late and only slept there. We missed the breakfast because our flight was so early. The girl that checked us on was very helpful.
