This place has the best of all things. Great seafood, impeccable service and atmosphere that would blow your mind including a perfect window to view the sunset. I ate 12 meals in Tampa and 2 of them were at Oystercatchers. The first visit was so delicious I just had to go back. I suggest their smoked whiskey drink or the Kentucky Grandma. As far as food goes, the lobster mac and cheese is to DIE for and you can share with your entire softball team. If I am ever in Tampa again, this will be my first visit.

Worth every penny! Beautiful location ,especially at sunset, make sure to reserve a table! Unique cocktails and appetizers. Calamari fries and oysters Rockefeller are delish! Entrees are also amazing. Never make it to dessert, maybe next time!

Located at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa Bay is where you'll find the most delicious brunch, possibly ever! The options are vast, mimosas are bottomless and the view is breathtaking! Seafood lovers will go crazy for the raw bar which features oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, sushi and caviar. Classic breakfast items include eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles with banana caramel sauce and whipped cream, potato hash, chicken and apple sausage, and of course, the omelette station with fillings and toppings galore.

There is even more to choose from when it comes to lunch items which offers dishes such as pork tenderloin in a pineapple sauce, steak with marinated mushrooms, pasta stations, impressive charcuterie boards with imported meats, cheeses and olives. There are many salads available as well, from mixed green and Caesar, to Greek Chicken and fresh mozzarella with tomatoes. You can't forget the seasonal fruits or hummus with pita bread.

If you think you're full, please reconsider because Oystercatchers dessert quite literally takes the cake! Cannoli, pie, cheesecake, cupcakes, fruit tarts, macaroons and homemade vanilla bean ice cream complete with a sundae bar. Yum!

As if the food wasn't impressive enough, our waiter Zac was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. My mimosa was never empty! The live jazz band, outdoor seating and short walk to a private beach didn't hurt either. I cannot wait to return to Oystercatchers, this time bringing friends and family to enjoy it as well.

Lots of places claim Sunday Brunch around town. Only a few have buffets and unlimited mimosas. Even fewer focus on seafood with a great view of the bay. Oystercatchers has all these things at brunch. On special occasions its busy and the place is pricy -$75 each last time. But worth it. Service is quite good as well. We also went there for a weekday lunch is its fine. Good quality. My only gripe is the markup on a glass of wine is in the 4X range. That's a bit too much. Overall, you can tell its a Hyatt.
