This place is her personal home with her things locked up in it! It's dirty and she doesn't even want to give you towels when needed! Floors were dirty and TV didn't work! Disgusting!

All complaints and requests are carefully considered by the management. During this clients' stay (6 weeks prior to the submission of this review?), there were no complaints or requests that were not responded to with the best available solution and assumed resolved based on the conversation. Towels can be exchanged for clean towels one time per day. 2 towels per person are provided. No towels were ever returned although an exception was made to provide new towels without returned towels the same day as check in. The result was that these renters had a total of 18 bath towels in their unit (4 guests total-2 were children) as well as the beach towels that were provided upon check out. They were reminded of the coin operated washer and dryer that is available for use to all tenants for convenience and if daily towel replacements were not enough or they were unwilling to reuse their towels. There was a problem with the television, it had to be replaced. A new television was available the same day. This was a holiday weekend, the cable company was unable to schedule a technician visit during the holiday, the first available appointment was scheduled. Remote technical assistance did not resolve the cable box connectivity problem. The replacement television was a smart tv, Hulu and Netflix and many other streaming options were provided (live television and local channels are also available with this type of device). An offer to reimburse for Netflix rentals was also provided. This property does have an owner's closet. Use of the property is a perk of being an owner. Ample drawer space (2 nightstands, a dresser, and a chest of drawers as well as a clothes rack for hanging clothes and 15 or 20 hangers) is provided. There was no mention of a dirty floor, it would have been cleaned if there was. A small vacuum is left in the unit for clients to use as desired or if daily maid service is not requested. I clean the units myself and use a commercial hard floor scrubber that extracts the dirty water from the tiles. We do our best to resolve all issues to our clients' satisfaction. We are restrained by complaints that are not made, our policies, and the available solutions. We regret that the client was dissatisfied and especially that they chose not to share this with management during their stay when the option to resolve the issues was available.
