Great customer service, food, and clean environment! Hotel room was well presented and clean. The lobby area was clean. Staff was absolutely friendly. Everyone and everything just seemed approachable.

While booking a room on the Hilton website as a senior citizen I was curious to see the discount Hilton was offering to me. THEIR SENIOR RATE IS HIGHER THAN THEIR STANDARD RATE!!!!
Seeing this age discrimination infuriates me. Considering how many seniors there are in Florida, that dollar must really add up!

For the money I expected more. We stepped inside the first room they assigned us and immediately walked out due to the overwhelming smell). Finally get to our room and found that the bed and pillows were horrible. The location isn't great. Took the stairs to avoid the slow elevator (Middle of hotel) and found myself outside, lol.

Will definitely be back and will recommend. My a.c. broke at home and we needed a place for the night. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was perfect. Have been here before and will continue to return.

Overall the stay was very nice. Having children I would have preferred to have a microwave in the room rather than having to go to the lobby. Freezer section in fridge had a lot of frost built up so you really couldn't fit anything.
