Our toom was amazing and when we arrived staff was soo friendly....however we started the next day with the $15 breakfast buffet and it was HORRIBLE. The eggs tasted like fake powder eggs for camping or something....sausage was hard as a rock. So i had the waiter take my plate and ordered a omlet. It was missing half my requested ingridients and was burnt. Ao i put that aside and got some fruit which wasnt ripe at all. The waiter saw i couldnt eat anything and never suggestedanything to help or a refund. The rest of the dayy went alot better spending the day at the pool. However at the end of the night when i went to shower there was alot of hair of the floor that looked like it was from someones private area. That was our first night and first shower so it wasnt anyone in my party. Thanks maids. Besides all that it was great but im not sure if id return.

My family and I stayed in two rooms, one of which was a adjoining King with a small kitchette. Our rooms where comforatble, clean and faced a golf course. We enjoyed watching ducks daily, and the nature walk was nice to explore. They have a special area with a beautiful swan, and the pool area was inviting and comfortable. The property is older, but they have done their best to maintain it. If you are expecting a "new build", then this property is not for you. It has all the comforts, cleanliness and accessbility to many area attractions. We would it easy to go to Sawgrass Mills Mall, restaurants, and Fort Lauderdale. It is advisable to have a car. All the road ways are easy to access, and we found it great to be in Weston. Its a lovely neighborhood!
Thank you Mike for a great stay!! Your staff where all very friendly and hospitable.!

Um...uh...I think you could get this at the local motel. It just wasn't a Hyatt. I mean it was dated, all in different buildings that take a while to walk to,some paint in the pool was missing, the food wasnt anything special, the"nature"walk was long and everything inch of it was indenticaly ugly, and the golf course which could be seen from the ugly walk was like a dessert. It just wasn't a Hyatt.

Property beautiful. Rooms old style and dingy. No refrigerator in room. Low lighting. Mold in shower. Didn't change glasses from first to second day of stay. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Would not select again

We booked the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure in Weston, FL through priceline.com. which can be a gamble sometimes. This was a weekend staycation and we got a lot of bang for the buck. This was a 4-star hotel complete with conference center, multiple restaurants, SPA, a couple of large pools, and practically a full size gym with modern equipment, sauna in the locker rooms, and separate aerobics room. The location is in a quiet bedroom community sitting on a golf course next to a rather large lake.

The rooms were set in buildings like condo units. Our room was quite nice with a good view. If there was one drawback, it was the limited parking space when there is a function at the conference center.

The Hotel has lots of places to take pictures and make memories. The Red Door SPA was competitively priced and offered nice incentives for a variety of treatments. The décor of the waterfall outside of the SPA was great for taking pictures. Nearby, another picture spot was a protected habitat for a huge swan that appeared to be nesting. Along the lake front was a nice boardwalk with benches for evening strolls. We strolled right up to the pool bar for drinks and met some really nice folks from all over the world.

The place looks family friendly but there were only a few kids at the pool. This is a place that we would definitely come back to one day.

We stayed at the Hyatt Bonaventure in mid-February for a mini-vacation. This hotel seems geared toward the conference crowd - despite being billed as a "resort/spa." The whole set up was a bit too suburban for us - with pods of guest rooms around the campus / surrounded by golf courses. The overall room we got was quite nice - we were upgraded to a suite & it was recently redone & had a good bed and was very clean. The spa (Red Door at the time, now a Hyatt Spa) was nice. The workout room was fair - but several of the machines were out of order. I preferred jogging in the area, which was pleasant. Food (breakfast) at the hotel was good and the cocktail lounge (both) featured friendly staff. Overall, if the price is right, this is a nice 3 star/borderline 4 star property.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate, with lots to look at; turtles, fish, ducks, lizards etc. The downside: walkway to our room was strewn with huge spiderwebs that we asked the front desk twice to remove (they did nothing).

Rooms: we stayed in bldg 6. Had a door between our room and the next so could hear every word of conversation from the next room. Bed was the smallest double I've ever seen. Had a large fridge, hob and microwave so you could cook if you wanted to; no pans/crockery etc though. Decor looked a bit dated - massive old TVs in chintzy cupboards that you can't watch unless sitting directly in front of them. Nice view and balcony over the golf course.WiFi was useless, took forever to connect and they refunded the charge as it was so bad. Breakfast was included in the cost and had a fantastic range of food on offer, hot, cold, pastries, juices, bagels etc.

3 pools, the main one was nice with plenty of loungers and attentive bar service, the smaller ones were very busy. Ate in the steakhouse on the first night, although the meal was very slow to arrive the staff were friendly & attentive and the food was great. Scott at the bar makes an awesome cocktail. There is a nice looking spa we didn't use. Gym is large and has a good range of equipment but it was like a play-school with small children running around screaming all over the place whilst their parents worked out. After working out we saw a sign hidden away on a top shelf that said guests had to pay $25 each per day. Thought this was ridiculous - why hide the charge where it isn't viewable BEFORE using the gym? However in the end we weren't charged.

Drinks at the pool bar were 90% ice, there are shops a couple of miles down the road, stock up there. Sawgrass Mills mall is close, with 2.3m sqft of shops; considering Sawgrass is famous for golf I think this is a match made in heaven; golfers can golf and shoppers can shop!
