As a veteran of extended stays with my work taking me all over the place for usually months at a time, Intown Suites is usually my go-to for places to stay. The prices are usually the lowest in that area and it's pretty standard fare as far as living conditions go. The Jonesboro location is no exception to this, as every location has pluses and minuses and it all depends on where you are.
As for this location: Pros: Friendly office and maintenance/housekeeping staff. Rooms decently maintained. Good courtesy officer. Enough vegetation around the property to drown out most road noise heard inside the room.
Cons: The "high speed" internet is a complete joke. Constantly drops out, so if you do anything that requires a constant connection, i.e. Skype, gaming, etc. expect to be sorely disappointed. This is unfortunate considering you are paying $5 a week for this as a "technology fee" that is automatically tacked on to your bill. Already killed 4 spiders in the room. A deal breaker for a lot of people, but growing up in the country, not as big a deal for me. The surrounding neighborhood is far from ideal. Lots of panhandlers at the stores, loud music being played, and above average crime rate.
Overall the location itself isn't bad, but the cons may be a no-go for a lot of people.
