I was charged late fee after late fee when I finally found out that the motel 6 franchise doesn’t even charge you late fees he refused to take my rent because I called corporate and he had plenty of people living there that barely paid rent he just had the work it off on the property like cleaning the grounds to maintenance work they pick and choose who to harass I just didn’t feel comfortable

It's a budget hotel so you can't expect too much but still, the place could really use some updates and maintenance. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood doesn't make you feel safe. The rooms don't smell fresh and clean.

I wanted to check my reservation and no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. Which is a problem I never encountered before. I wasn't expecting alot but this place was horrible. The whole place smelled. The trash can was on the microwave. The shower rod was about the fall off. It couldn't even hold the curtain straight. I didn't even want to undress and unpack. And when getting something from the vending, A women came to the manager and told the manager a man broke into her room using one of the hotel key cards. When I walked by listening to this the manager thought it was me. The woman corrected him. After hearing this and looking at the room, I decided to haul a**. I'm trying to get a refund but I just could stay there. I plan on doing a youtube video about. But my last words are DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

I have visited this motel several times over the years mainly for the convenience of restaurants/bars nearby within a few minutes walk and easy access to the I 75. My last visit saw the motel in a bit of a mess due work being done. This time all renovations have been completed and it was a vast improvement all rooms were nice and clean I'm not sure if all the rooms were non smoking but the 3rd floor was. My room came with microwave and fridge. The staff are helpful and friendly. While coffee/tea is available in the foyer there is none in the rooms. There is a large Guest laundry on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately the swimming pool remained closed, no clue as to why. The cost of the rooms are reasonably priced.

Great room, service was good, and I enjoyed that the location was close to where I had to go visit family. Sonja had great service and made sure check went well. The housekeeper came to clean my room on time, and that was important too.
