Mrs. Cynthia made the stay here wonderful. She is the most sweetest person I have ran into at a hotel. She is very accommodating and cares about the guests being comfortable. We stayed for a total of 3 days. Cleaning Staff cleaned the rooms daily which was awesome. I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel. Breakfast was provided and free parking. ++++++++

Overall, it is a decent stay for a quick overnight on your way down the interstate; however, I would definitely not recommend this property for an extended stay.
The pictures are not reflective of the property, especially the particular room I was in. The room felt outdated and unkempt. I felt like I needed to take an extra long shower after sleeping in the bed overnight.
The staff were very nice and helpful. I had not issues with my interactions with them. Breakfast was OK and fairly standard. The other guests were noisy and loud throughout the night, but I recognize this is out of the hotel's control. I did order food from the company listed on the key card; it did take about one hour to get the food, so plan ahead if you want any food delivered from this service.

We spent the night here while on our way to Florida. We wanted to avoid staying in downtown Atlanta and this was one of the first places we came to once we got out of the city.
I was not at all impressed when we came into the lobby to check in, because it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. However, the girl behind the desk was extremely friendly and welcoming and I figured we'd be ok long as we asked for a non smoking room.
Our room smelled better than the lobby, although it had that strong hotel disinfectant smell about it. The furniture was worn, but it looked like the carpet was new and the room itself had recently been renovated. It was close to the train tracks, and it sounded like the train was going to come right through the room. I was afraid that would keep me awake all night, but I only heard one.
Breakfast was provided in the morning. The staff was extremely attentive, replenishing things immediately when needed.

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Morrow, GA. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a burn stain on the carpet by the sink. There were white stains on the lounge chair. There was mildew in the tub. The only positive thing about this place was the staff was nice and the dining area was very clean. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

I was here for business meeting. I found this hotel online with best reasonable price. I like check-in/check-out process just fantastic service. rooms was very comfortable.Nice place to stay. I will stay here again.
