My friend and I stayed and the Quality Inn for one week I reed the reviews but we didn't have much of a complaint with our room house keeping can do a much better job with cleaning of the rooms that was about the only complain that we had the breakfast was enough for you to start your day I will stay here again the location is convenient a few stores I the area the mall is not to far from the hotel Avis car rental is across street if you chose to drive overall It was good stay.

I will preface this review by saying this: spend a little more so you can avoid this place.
I stayed here for 4 nights in early September 2019. I booked through Hotwire.com and it gave me this place for a pretty reasonable price. However, there was a miscommunication between Hotwire & Quality Inn so when we checked in, we were given a smoking room. This was no fault of the staff and they were quick to give me another room. Speaking of smoking, the lobby had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke and our “no-smoking” room was the same way.
Our room wasn’t ready by the time we walked in and we had to awkwardly wait in the room while the friendly cleaning staff did a very brief clean. I don’t know how long they normally take to clean the rooms but they didn’t vacuum the carpet while we were there—they only sprayed disinfectant around the main area. The bathroom was alright, but the ventilation fan in our room was broken so the shower area got very steamy very quickly!
We stayed here only for the price, but we would not stay here again. We actually switched to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. I would seriously consider finding a different accommodation.

Our son enlisted in the Navy and we wanted a place close to MEPS so we could watch his swearing in. Check-in was easy, people were very kind and friendly. Rooms were clean with working air. Beds slept very well.

Mrs. Cynthia made the stay here wonderful. She is the most sweetest person I have ran into at a hotel. She is very accommodating and cares about the guests being comfortable. We stayed for a total of 3 days. Cleaning Staff cleaned the rooms daily which was awesome. I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel. Breakfast was provided and free parking. ++++++++
