Ms Janet were do i start she was amazing!!! I had a problem with the reservations that my company booked she got it all figured out and quick!!! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and they served a hot breakfast. I would deffinently recomend this hotel if your on the road on business.

Overall, checking in my experience was good. Once I was in the room I would say I was pleased the room was very spacious and clean. The Knight desk representative is very patient and kind during the late night hours so that made my visit very comfortable. This is my second time staying there and I will be back.

There were roaches in room/bathroom, the room decor was worn, the bed was uncomfortable, there was lots of homeless people in the area. We stayed because it was about 20 minutes from the airport and we had an early flight. Would not recommend

The inside could use some updating and a deep clean but overall it was a nice stay. We couldn’t use the common areas at all because a family reunion was happening and they staying in the lobby area the whole night. They were also hanging out in the parking lot blasting music and drinking. They were living their best life.

Room smelled like gas when you walked in. Room was not as clean as it should be. Breakfast was horrible, tasted bad. Looks like there is a homeless camp behind hotel. My family did not feel well after staying there. Headaches, diareah, stomach aches.
