I represented a church group of 17, having made reservations in advance with full intent to enjoy great food per recommendations. That, in addition to the serving being hot, was all that was positive about the dining experience. Our reservation was for 5p.m. We were not served our entrees at 6:30. The window setting is furthest from the entrance resulting in the last table being served with a packed house...All tables were waited on AND SERVED before we received our meals. Glenn (owner/manager?) approached me upon exiting, apologized, claiming it was Mother's Day w/e and used that excuse for the extremely poor service. I retorted that the w/e event was irrelevant to the obvious pattern of how tables were waited on. (Group members informed me that this restaurant is consistently busy with somewhat of a wait). I was not satisfied with his lack of interest in apologetically approaching the group during the very lengthy wait, nor his willingness to offer any compensatory on the meal or on future visits. With certainty,I will not return. I am declining rating the food on the scale, as not to influence readers who choose not to read reviews that this restaurant deserves your business
