I went to chicago on a business tour and did not pay for my stay at the Omni hotel.
Good. The location is very nice. Despite being on the Michigan avenue, the hotel was quiet. The room (801) was spacious for one person. I also enjoyed that they served apples for free (day 1 not day 2). Free wifi. Helpful staff.
Could be improved: I had planned to take a newspaper after breakfast in the lobby, but they had run out of copies (had planned to read the chicago tribune or the WSJ). I also missed a mouse mat in my room, the mouse did not function on the otherwise nice glass table in my room.
