Description: Sunrise Grill is owned by Chef Jose Medina. He believes that food should be as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palette. We make every dish as it is ordered, most from scratch. We offer several gluten free sides, entrees and desserts, and several of our dishes can be made gluten free or without a specific ingredient. We are a B.Y.O.B. Establishment with no corkage fee. Please stop by. We promise you won't be disappointed.

We stumbled across Sunrise on our way out of Rosemont and off to Milwaukee for a concert. Very close to Allstate and our hotel - I will go back! The strip mall is kind of rough looking, but don't let this fool you! Restaurant is cute inside and the staff was really nice, helpful and quick. I had a cobb salad that was to die for! Might even be the best cobb salad I have ever eaten. YUM!

Don't be fooled by the strip mall location or the modest, casual decor. Dinner at Sunrise is an affordable five star experience. Daily Chef specials and a diverse menu feature fresh ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and presented. BYOB with no corkage is a bonus. Check their Facebook page for the daily menu, grab your wine and head to Sunrise for a excellent, fine dining experience.

I went to the Sunrise Grill with my elderly Mom. She likes going there and I had never been there. We went at lunchtime and it was relatively busy. It's rather small, so you can easily hear the conversations at other tables. The server was polite and attentive enough. The food was good. I had a shrimp salad. I'll come here again when I'm in the area.

I've been told about the Sunrise Grill being good for breakfast, and also lunches/dinners. But you know I love breakfast, and I had to stop in and check it out. Jose Medina is the Owner and Head Chef. I understand he cooked at a few other well known and highly regarded restaurants.
Food was cooked exactly how I asked it to be. Big servings, fast service, and served hot. Very good at keeping the water glasses full and the coffee cups. Staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I walked through the door. I did eggs, sausage, crispy hash browns with onions, and a side of B&G. all for less than $10 before tax and tip.I wasn't disappointed. This may be my new breakfast place.

The food is masterfully prepared and presented. The location is clean, modest, and what I deam to be a very appealing down-to-earth family style. Don't be fooled! The appearance is modest for what comes out of the kitchen!
We enjoyed our 3 course dinner and unfortunately did not have any room for one of the great dessert offerings.
The only minus, which renders the 4, instead of 5 star review was that the staff served our soups/salads and entrees together.. There were no other active orders at the time so I would assume that this was done to get us out the door by 8:00PM which is their rather early closing time. To me, closing time is when you stop taking tables, not when you stop serving. This detail should not be missed by an establishment with so much potential.
