We travel all over the United States and usually stay in a choice hotel. Comfort inn and suites is now raising the bar and this should be their flagship. Excellent customer service. friendly smiles. clean rooms. nice beds. Great price!!!

The room was very comfortable and the facilities were nice. Newly remodeled. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Easy access to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Had to wait a bit for a room after we'd requested early check-in but they were able to get us in as quickly as they could.

Once we got checked in, this was a great place to stay: The newly renovated rooms are very nice. We especially liked the shower. Breakfast was pretty good and (unlike many hotels) there was plenty of room to eat.

The best part of our stay was swimming in the warm pool. The pool was around 80 degrees, which made for a very nice swim. (I *hate* cold water.)

The only bad thing about the hotel was check-in. We arrived around 7:00 p.m., and there were four people ahead of us waiting to check in. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Those with reservations (including us) took only a few minutes to get checked in, but the walk-ins took *way* too long. It appears the problem was a poorly operating computer system (as opposed to a poorly operating employee :)

If the reward points required for a free stay remain low, this will likely be our go-to hotel when we travel through St. Louis.

Our family stayed at this hotel while on a road trip. The hotel seemed recently updated, and the rooms were comfortable. The room and bathroom were not well-suited for traveling with small children, however. The bathroom did not have a bathtub and the microwave and fridge were at eye-level with our curious toddler. The breakfast was adequate, but not amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping seemed to have forgotten to stock our room with washcloths though!

During a recent power outage, my family and I took shelter for the night in this hotel. We're Choice Rewards members, and prefer to use the brand when we travel. In a hometown crisis, we had a wonderful experience.
I'm employed by a local emergency services agency, and over the last decade, I've been to this location for drug overdoses, assault & battery, thefts, drug deals gone wrong, a host of terrible things. The place had a bed reputation. The hotel recently underwent a major renovation and rebranding. The grounds and exterior of the building look great. The lobby and front desk area are bright and welcoming. The staff was unfailingly courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was immaculate. The entire building still has that new smell. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Check in and check out were quick. It seems the new management is quite aware of the location's history, and are doing everything possible to build a new reputation. You're doing an excellent job! I won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family!
