Hotel is solid. I was able to get picked up at the airport by shuttle (timely, every hour) and was able to be taken to the business by shuttle as well. Within walking distance to Portillo's (great Chicago-style dogs) and can receive Lou Malnati's delivery (amazing Chicago deep dish pizza).
The only downside I had was that breakfast was not included with the room, even though it was simply my fault for not researching. The continental breakfast was juice, fruit, and toast, for $10. A little pricey it seemed, so I chose other options. There was another options for $13 IIRC, that did add more standard breakfast options, but it just seemed like too much to me.
The windows were not able to be opened to fresh air due to a local code, presumably due to the close distance to the airport. However, this is minor to me. Even on the 4th floor (top floor), you could barely hear incoming planes, as it was well insulated.
Beyond this, they were accommodating. They offered options to reuse your linens and towels during a multi-night stay to conserve electricity and water, which I definitely appreciated. And the hotel and grounds were extremely clean. Also, there was a pool, and I was a fool to not bring my swim trunks.More
