We ate here twice: once for lunch and later for breakfast. The first time we ordered the tuna salad sandwich with their strawberry lemonade. The tuna was made with dill pickles (which I enjoyed but some people prefer sweet pickles) and good but the "hit" was the strawberry lemonade with real strawberries at the bottom which added a punch of flavor. We kept noticing people ordering the pancakes even though it was lunchtime so we did something we never do...ordered a pancake for dessert! It came hanging off the plate and was delicious! It was so good that we immediately made plans to return later in the week for breakfast. When we did, we again split the pancake plus shared an order of biscuits and sausage gravy. The pancake definitely took top billing. This place is all about the food. There is a feeling of old tired furnishings. At one meal, we sat staring at a stack of booster seats against the wall. On a good note, they always say to check out the restrooms before you eat someplace because that will tell you the attitude of management about cleanliness...these restrooms were spotless!
