I ate two dinners and one breakfast at this place. The breakfast is robust and nice, but the dinner food and service was outstanding. Doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant at all.

Gee whiz what a disappointment. This place has been open for years, initially theme was Asian menu now not but one item can be found that would even qualify for that theme.
Four of us went on a Saturday roughly 6:30p.m. We made reservations.
Got there to the bartender asking us if we had reservations and we said yes and gave the name. She walked us into the restaurant portion (dining room w/tablecloths etc.) well put together. NOT one soul was in there. In fact the entirety of our being there - about three hours - only two (2) other sets of folks came and were seated within. Hence the entire place was empty - so we asked ourselves, why then the question "did we have reservations".
The menu is spartan, is was a true to form "pub" small menu. Sandwiches, some salads and what we came for a full dinner menu - well it was spartan. A special sheet handed to us consisting of a desert, an appetizer which was 2 scallops in sauce, and about three entrees.
We began with two appetizers, calamari and quesadillas. The calamari small quite small, and the quesadillas larger and actually tasty. Someone order instead of an appetizer a salad and it looked large and good. We ordered entrees thereafter and while I was between a salmon (didn't like the seasonings it was made with so had I gotten it I would've requested it off of it) - almost ordered a chicken stirfry called orange chicken and asked the infamous silly question - could the orange bit be left off the chicken and if not was it heavy. Answer was it was heavy and no it could not - so I ordered the special a NY strip. The guys did as well and the other person ordered a broccoli-cheese-pasta bowl. We wanted salads and it's all alacarte. I ordered a salad large enough that I gave two others plates full. Then the entrees. Not bad over-all size wise and fairly on task for desired rare or mediums. It came with a demi glaze and it was alright. It also came with shoe string potatoes and honestly they were rock hard, one could barely use the fork to pick them up, not so pleasant. Though-out we ordered alcohol - some mixed - some wine - okay overall. We were disappointed because we expected offerings of asian choices and there was anything but. Truthfully we should've just ordered their burgers and had beers I suppose looking back.

To be clear, the Asian part of this restaurant no longer exists. It has been turned into the breakfast buffet area, as well as space for meetings. What is in its place is Karma Pub, which is now the main (and only) restaurant. I ordered fried brussel sprouts which were surprisingly very, very good. For my main entree I had their eggplant dish - which was also very good, although it could have used a little more red sauce. Service was efficient.

Fresh salads, nice appetizers and helpful staff with four large screens televisions. No longer managed by Hilton so there is some confusion about specials shown in the room vs the reality.
