The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald's Campus is a fantastic facility. We held our Anniversary Dinner Dance in the Grand Oaks room. Jimmi made sure that all our expectations were met. Sheryl kept the party going smooth throughout the evening.

The Hyatt at McDonald's Campus is a little jewel. A lake and a woodsy feel close to Chicago with plenty of room to unwind and relax. Plenty of room to walk in tree covered areas or have a fire in the fire pit with smores and friends

This is the hotel we stayed at for our bus trip to Chicago. It is about 1/2 outside of the city so I wouldn't recommend it if you weren't getting a ride into the city. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfy. They have a bar that serves food late night which was good since there is no place within walking distance to eat. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is a mall a few minutes away with a lot of restaurants and this hotel has a free shuttle during certain hours. The pool is one of the best pools I have been in at a hotel - it is huge! The change rooms are really nice too - lots of lockers, showers, a hair dryer and a sauna. They also have a huge hot tub but it was out of service the 3 nights we stayed - after long days touring Chicago we were all very disappointed with this.

I cannot believe this is actually a Hyatt facility. Do not waste your money. The rooms are not great, there is no decent food choice and the facility is not at all of Hyatt caliber. This is not a good hotel for a business traveler.

This is NOT a boutique hotel by any stretch of the imagination! It is an average hotel on a beautiful property. I tried to enjoy the beautiful property but the smell of goose poop was overwhelming! It appears there had been no attempt to clean it up. The room was clean but nothing to write home about. Check in was a very pleasant experience and Lori was very accommodating. The shuttle service is nice but not always available. I was rather frustrated when I called and requested a late check out because of a flight delay. The girl at the front desk was very rude and not accommodating at all. I probably would not stay at this property again.
