Wife and i were moving out of state and needed a place to park our rv for a few weeks. We were told a weeky rate of $130.00 , once we arrived we were told $ 130.00 plus $ 25.00 for a/c and $ 22,00 for sewer coming to a total of $ 177,00 per week. We explaned our rv didn't have a/c and was pretty much told tough luck and we charge everyone the same rate regardeless. If you look at thier yearly rates and do the math you will see if we would have stayed a full month we would have been close to paying a yearly rate. The residents of the park were super friendly , came right over to vist, borught us fire wood and help set camp up anyway they could help. During our stay i find the bath/shower house were in terrible shape , very dirty and run down. I have been in many camp grounds over the years and have never been so disappointed " by the management ". Having a family bussiness for 38 years i know alittle about how to treat your customers. The two sisters who have bought this camp ground three years ago have alot to learn about how to treat thier customers. Was told through several residents the park was steadly losing resident due to management. So if you like to over pay on rates, listen to loud...Wife and i were moving out of state and needed a place to park our rv for a few weeks. So if you like to over pay on rates, listen to loud kids , alot ok noisy golf carts and motor cycles then this place maybe for you. Not for us are those who prefer and quiet peaceful weekend.
