Our family really enjoys this hotel! This was our 3rd stay over the holidays while visiting family in the Indianapolis area. Comfortable rooms, easy access to many restaurants and retail and feels out of the main traffic congestion.
Thank you for another great trip!

We booked this hotel through Hotwire as we were just planning on passing through for the night on a family road trip. The most important things for us were: price, breakfast, pool and hot tub. We got three out of the four.

Check-in was extremely fast and the gentleman behind the desk was very hospitable both in providing information and later for providing an extra blanket for our daughter who opted to make a fort on the floor for herself.

The pool area is adequate. The hot tub was fairly large for hotel hot tubs but there was a sign posted that it was broken. Very unfortunate. The pool was a bit cold but we managed some play time in before bed.

The room was just fine. Everything worked well and we had no complaints about anything.

Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel like this. All the usual offerings. It was nice that breakfast went until 10am, giving us the opportunity of getting a bit more rest before heading out on the road. It was not crowded by any means.

Overall, I would stay here again. The only hope would be that the hot tub would be working. We got exactly what we were looking for at the price we paid.

Rooms were dated and overheated, had the AC running the whole time I was there. There was also a very musty smell in the room, could've been from the AC but not pleasant. Hot tub was broken. Internet connection was poor. Breakfast was just okay. On the plus side the facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was okay, not very friendly and the maid didn't speak English so it was difficult to convey to her that we needed extra towels.

Room Tip: First floor room was extremely overheated, hard to cool down.

The Good:
I explained in an email to the hotel the reason for our stay the day we were to check-in. Asking for an upgrade if possible, we were shocked that they accommodated us with a very nice room. This makes up for any negative comments later!
The free breakfast was good....waffle station (make your own), coffee, milk, orange/apple juice, eggs (scrambled), and sausage (Sunday they had bacon). Just the free breakfast for 3 people would take $20 off the nightly rate.
Our room was really large due to the upgrade. King bed, sofa bed, fridge, microwave, jetted tub, and 2 televisions.
Location was perfect for us. Right off the highway, close to the places we were going (shockingly not IKEA, but that is close to the hotel), and 20 minutes from downtown.
Enough food options around, and one right beside the hotel (Bubba's). We didn't go there, but it looked like a nice place.
The guy running the front desk was great. He moved as fast as he could with the amount of people waiting. I blame the people in line who slowed him down, like they never checked into a hotel before.

Con's
The room was outdated, to say the least. It needed things replaced/deep cleaned.
The jetted tub had a lot of hard water stains, which made it look dingy and uninviting (never got used so I can't review comfort).
The shower was small, but big enough for the average person. Larger guests may have a had time showering.
We found 1 ice machine on the first floor. Tough when you are on higher floors (2 or 3).
The pillows were the size of throw pillows, and weren't that nice.
Cramped breakfast area.

This is a hotel that we will stay at again if we make it down to that area. We are all about location, and this was perfect for us. And, really, a hotel room is just a place to sleep, not hang out.

It was a comfortable and good stay @ Americinn Fishers, thanks to the staff. Price point of the room was value for money and so i enjoyed my stay. Also they offered free breakfast which was a surprise as am not aware of it when i booked it in priceline. Location of the hotel is very near I69 and nearby there are lot of dining options and dept stores as well.

Comfortable room, clean pool, big jacuzzi, delicious breakfast and friendly staff make for an excellent stay. I stayed for 5 nights and never experienced a problem. The hotel was clean and quiet. The indoor pool was the important thing for me. It was 3 feet deep on the sides but 5 feet deep in the middle so I was able to do my laps across the middle.

The hotel room was very good, clean with a comfortable bed and a sitting area with a couch. Extremely quiet while we were there. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast - yogurt, bagels, muffins, pastries, make your own waffles, cereal and eggs, plus coffee, tea and milk. Nothing spectacular but certainly filling. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a very convenient location.
