“We love this hotel and we'll be back!”

We were greeted and treated like royalty while staying at your hotel! Thanks to Morgan at the front desk for getting us into the perfect room. Just what I asked for when booking the trip! It is centrally located to all the events we had scheduled and even though it is close to I69 and I465, it was very quiet! We will be booking the same room in the very near future! Kudos to the breakfast and housekeeping staff also!

Room Tip: Centrally located and close to I69 and I465 north east side of Indianapolis, IN

This was our first stay at this hotel and we would stay here again. Apparently they've added a wing on the hotel at some point and the lobby is no longer centrally located. We had a very long walk to the breakfast area and front desk. We stayed race weekend and were unable to get a non-smoking room which was unpleasant. However, everything was very quiet considering there was no vacancy. The breakfast was exceptionally nice. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I stayed at this property for 4 days on business. The good-Staff was very nice and welcoming. Property has an outdoor pool which was great in the 90+ weather. Location is close to a variety of dining options. 2 malls within 10 minutes. The not so good-Although the property is very clean, it is not refreshed or newer as are most of the HIE's I stay in. No flat screen or granite in the bathroom. Rate was decent, overall a good hotel, just in need of an update.

We stayed her for a weekend softball tourney. It is not very impressive from the outside, the lobby is not very fancy, but we got a good rate. The breakfast was outstanding, the make-your-own-pancake machine was awesome! The breakfast area was so crowded, we then went back to the room to pack, hoping for less of a crowd upon our return. It was no less crowded, but they had opened the overflow room then (it was still packed though). The pool was terrific...warm and relaxing. It is for sure only a 2 or 3 star, the rooms are updated, but the hallways and lobby don't appear to be. We did enjoy spinning the Priority Club wheel and winning snack paks! We rode out a horrible storm there, and lost satellite a ton of times, and there's no back up genny, which was kind of scary, but we made it through ok.

This is the first smoking room I have ever booked that reeked so badly of cigarettes even a smoker couldn't tolerate it. Even having the window open and trying to air it out did not help as the smell was embedded in the blankets and window covering. Other than that the location was good, the hotel was attractive and breakfast was ok.

Love the HIE line and this location has most of the great features we appreciate. Clean, good typical HIE breakfast etc Seems to be a mix of business and tourist traffic.

However, the internet access was extremely slow to non-existent in the room, and not so good in the lobby either. We don't always need it on family trips but this particular night we did, and it was very frustrating. It shouldn't be that difficult with today's technology. Perhaps its been improved since last august?

The front desk wasn't the best ... I contacted the manager a bit later who suspected it was an isolated incident; she was definitely gracious in handling it.

We stayed here due to a family emergency. We stayed for a total of 5 nights. We booked 3 rooms together (all kings) for the family and were very pleased. The rooms were perfect for what we needed. My wife and I traveled with our 7 month old and she slept through the night each night. That tells you how quiet the rooms are. Free USA Today's was a plus. We booked this hotel through Hotwire. Free wireless internet was also nice.

The only reason I give this hotel a 4 rating is due to a few things. First, the hallways smelled of smoke the whole time we were there. Everyone commented on it. The rooms, however, did not smell of smoke. Next, the breakfast. I could only muster to eat the cereal, yogurt, or oatmeal. The eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy did not look that great. Finally, the night manager who booked us into our rooms the first night was anything but friendly. I forgot his name but he was not very accommodating. The ladies during the day, however, were amazingly helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal.

Room Tip: Book through Hotwire for a GREAT deal
