The place was exceptionally crowded and we were lucky to get a table. However we were right on top of the tables next to us. As the tables next to us were in town for the same conference it was awkward.
Despite the crowds we did not have to wait for our meals to be served like other reviewers.
The charcuterie and cheeses were nice portions, but the breads were nothing exceptional and although the waiter portrayed the cheeses as exotic and unique they were nothing different than what you could pick up at a whole foods. They were good though. The pickled herring was disappointing. Not as good as a jar in the grocery store.
The rest of the meal was very good but not exceptional.. Not having eaten at many restaurants in Indianapolis dont have a lot to compare.
I liked the sizing of the portions. A great way to gauge what your getting.
