We have been looking for some good brick oven pizza for quite some time and were happy to see that we could find it at Crust. They offer three types of crust for pizza: Neopolitan, Tuscany, and Deep dish. We both opted for the Neopolitan which was the brick oven option, especially after hearing the deep dish takes 45 minutes to bake. We also ordered the white cheddar cheese curds which came with a delicious raspberry jalapeño sauce. These were so light and fluffy, it was hard to believe they were filled with cheese which can be heavy. The pizza was delightful though the pepperoni was a greasy so be careful for drips. Service was friendly and quick.
