Our first room was horrible with a terrible chemical deodorizer smell. The bed cracked when you sat on it (and I am a lightweight!) and the lavatory knobs and bathtub knobs were loose. Our second room was better with none of the reported problems and judging from the other reviewers my experience was unique. Both rooms were clean and a good value. Breakfast was the typical SAD (Standard American Diet) fare with two choices of high sugar cereals, cardboard tasting waffles (except for the taste of the phony maple syrup), instant coffee, etc. They did have instant hot water oatmeal (3 varieties) in styrofoam bowls. They did have some fruit and added sugar juices.
The AC was cold albeit a little noise (which masked the sounds of the tractor trailers pulling in late). They had large flat screen TV's, desk, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. All worked. They were quick to offer a change of room when I complained and were all very friendly.More
