We absolutely loved our stay at Merrynook! Would return in a heart beat. Perfect location, good facilities. We stayed in 12 different hotels during our holiday and we both said that this was the only place that really made us feel at home. Absolutely loved the outdoor seating area! Planning to make one at home exactly like it! Sadly I don't think we will be returning to the area as we travelled around the majority of California but if we ever do, we will defiantly stay again and recommend to others!! Thank you!!!

Merrynook Cabin was our family's hands down favorite place to stay on our recent road trip. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. The cabin boasts a well stocked kitchen and bath, comfortable and plentiful beds, and art, books, and trinkets. Add a beautiful outdoor setting and we had a memorable stay!

We really enjoyed this cute cabin as a place to crash after long days at Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It was great to have a big tub to soak in plus a shower, a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. We loved all the thoughtful details throughout and the arty feel of the place. Loved the back deck and front porch. Every inch was usable, fun, beautiful space. There's plenty of room for a family to spread out but couples can feel cozy. Only wish we had thought to grocery shop in Fresno as there wasn't a general store when we arrived in town. Apparently ownership of the restaurant/ store had just switched and the store hadn't reopened.
