First night we got there the room was not clean. No coffee, no toilet paper and carpet was not vacuumed from the last guest. Second night room was clean. Third day breakfast: coffee was cold, eggs and sausage were wet. Fourth day no eggs, sausage or milk. Vending machine was out of water and cokes. The front desk employees were fantastic. Very nice. Management needs to get it together. Teach your housekeeper how to clean a room and what to replace or maybe pay them more to do a better job. Order supplies for your so called free breakfast and have it available.

This place was top notch when owned by Comfort Inn. Since the new owners took over it is slowly going downhill. Make sure you get to breakfast early enough to get something to eat. They usually run out the last 30 minutes or so. Also, don't wait until you need them to ask for extra towels, as they run out quickly and you might have to wait until they wash some. Cleanliness is pretty good. There might be stains on the wall by the trash, but the beds and bathroom are fine. Last time we stayed there, the lobby smelled like natural gas, and they said it was because of their dryers but everything was ok. All in all, if you can put up with the things I listed, it is the best value for hotels in Junction City. Any cheaper and the hotel is dingy or gross. Any nicer and it's a lot more expensive.

Stayed Thanksgiving night after bringing a full Thanksgiving dinner for lunch in the large breakfast area with small family group stationed at Ft Riley. Price for the suite was very reasonable. Quiet location, good quiet well functioning AC system in the room. Parking lot felt very secure and convenient. Swim pool was closed but exercise room equipment worked well. Breakfast had adequate selections and good coffee, short on fruit choice but few visitors. We killed 2 spiders initially like someone else said in Expedia but not an issue. Bed was comfortable and all bedding and furniture good quality. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Room, hall and breakfast area clean. Front glass door needs cleaning. I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Room 106 suite on first floor had view of boat sales lot but ok.

First off , made a mistake on reservation and came a week early. Lady at desk said no problem and we called booking and got the old reservation cancelled and reset to the new date. All the time it was hard to listen to person for booking company, but she never complained or showed any sort of attitude. Room was extremely nice, clean, well laid out to equal hotel of $150 range. Breakfast was very good with good selection and the morning staff was pleasant. Talked to manager before leaving and she was happy with my thoughts. The person higher up should be proud of the staff and the great experience. Very important to me, but their coffee downstairs was the best I have had in hotels and room had new TV, new A/C unit, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker of style using individual coffee cups.

Room Tip: Just off hand saw some rooms that were handicap friendly by sign on door.

I would like to see TRip Advisor put the correct name up for this hotel. It's on Cestnut St just off the traffic circle. I wish we had stopped here first on our search for a hotel. Best Western wouldn't accept federal govt. rate, Candlewood doesn't have breakfast, the Marriott hotel has breakfast for a fee. This Comfort Inn was very very nice. Great employees, nice clean rooms, and a good breakfast. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, Starbucks, and Walmart. There is a pool, hot tub, and exercise room.
