It cost only $25 total for my family of seven to get into this zoo, but while we were pleased at the low price, we did find that at this zoo, you do get what you pay for. First of all, we got there 1.5 hours before closing, but were informed at the front gate that they put the animals away half an hour before closing, so we had about an hour. Half of the animals were either hiding, or their exhibits were closed off. Making our way around, we did see a couple of interesting animals, such as a baby gibbon and an anteater, but that was pretty much the best thing we saw. The zoo is very small, and it took us about 45 minutes to see everything, then the kids spent 15 minutes at the playground. I forgot to mention that it was a 90 degree, very humid day. Overall, my experience was not terrible, there were some interesting sights, but this zoo definitely needs improvement and I will probably not return.
