Not the warmest of greetings as the receptionist had a wake to deal with, although it was later in the afternoon.
We struggled with the amount of stairs (4 flights) with or without luggage and the room, although large, was a bit tired and had the addition of an extra bed disguised as a sofa, obviously a family room. The bed was very comfortable.
Shower curtain not a great feature, was brown with wear.
However, the waiting staff were lovely (delightful Daisy) we wish her well.
The food and presentation was superb, I don't think it could be faulted, fresh and great ingredients it really did made our stay. This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star food.More
