Staff knocked themselves out for us, Mischa in housekeeping & Amy in maintenance made sure we had everything we needed; maintenance Jason worked late hours to accommodate us very professional took care of us & property like he owned it, could not ask4better office people Monica Evette & James, all very personable; Donna in sales office was a super lady. Grills outside, tables, cleanest of clean, nice property, flat screen in room, good wifi, good vibe overall, private grassy area bordering

Checked in by 12p n by 3 pm had to be moved to 3 rooms ugh 1st room we had bite marks on us the 2 room tv didnt work 3 room tv only had local stations not the cable station on the channel line up plus it's a old box tv...my the maintenance man james Brown was very friendly n helpful n trying to fix all the problem n it was father's day n his off day...but really should had just asked for a refund n went else where.. Will never stay here again!!!! Going to talk to manager about getting some type of partial refund or something

This was a good place to stay for the night, my room didn't have a nice TV but other rooms did. Beds were okay but I'd recommend bringing an extra pillow. It's a decent area but I'd make sure your room is locked up for the night. The breakfast was not a breakfast as it was only a honey bun and fruit.

Traveling with 2 dogs for dog agility competition. Trucks and road construction equipment all the way around the parking lot, in places 2 deep, such that it was difficult to find a place I could get to the grass to walk the dogs. A dozen or more mattresses leaned against the back of the building, and lots of men sitting out on the sidewalks, individually and in groups.
That said, nobody bothered us, it was quiet, and the room was clean.
The wifi was spotty, and the breakfast advertised was wrapped rice crispy treats and muffins, fruit, and coffee with no cream of any kind - not even powdered.
However, everything else in the area that allowed pets was twice the price, wanted $15 per dog, per night or both.
In short, for the price, it was just fine. If you want luxury, look elsewhere.

I know there are many fancier, and pricier options in the city of Louisville. This motel is in a great location and they offer clean rooms and a warm shower. If location, price, and cleanliness are your selling points in selecting a place to stay, this motel scores on all three.
