New Orleans Food and Spirits is in a strip mall, and the exterior is very plain, but the interior is lively and spirited, with a New Orleans theme. This is a very popular place, and it was packed, with people waiting to get a seat. I ordered the Shrimp & Catfish Plate (with Fries), and it was huge. The food was well seasoned and in no way greasy. While their food seems more regular than remarkable, I thought it all looked very good. I would recommend this place and would return. RJT

Holy cow, the food was fantastic!!! The baked oysters were cooked right at the oyster bar. My husband got the oyster poboy, and it was piled with fried oysters! I got a cup of crawfish soup and wish I'd gotten the bowl. And the bread pudding was divine!!!

One of my favorite spots to eat! The swamp pasta is delicious! The charbroiled oysters are nice and big and absolutely delicious. It is a little pricy, but worth it. The fried seafood is really good. The place gets crowded after 6pm. If you get there after 6 on a weekend, you’re going to be waiting a Long time.
