Our three-day visit to the Brunswick Inn met our hopes and expectations. It is conveniently located for visits to Bowdoin College or walking to the quaint commercial area. The inn consists of three buildings: the main house with several guest rooms, a living room, tea tiom and dining room; the Cottage, where we stayed, with several rooms and its own living room, and a single unit house. Our room was quite roomy, plenty of closet and dresser space, nice bathroom and big screen tv. The breakfasts are very nice, offering special dishes daily along with to-order options. Tea and coffee are offered all day/night. There is a full bar for happy hour. Dinners are available for extra. The owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will stay here whenever we return to Brunswick.

The Brunswick inn is wonderful. We stayed in rm 11 in the Carriage House. It was large and well appointed. The entire Inn has so much charm and the staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect just off Maine St. An added bonus is an excellent made to order breakfast. Really enjoyed our two day stay.

We didn’t know anything about Brunswick prior to this visit. Ok, we did some research on the internet, and it looked like a nice enough place. However, within a very short time we got t really like Brunswick. Part of this was the warm welcome we received by the owner of this Inn. The lady even provided a recommendation of an Indian Restaurant, which proved very good indeed.

So our stay was only for two nights, but it was enough time to get a good feel for the Brunswick Inn. Both of us really enjoyed our stay and will return if we are in the neighbourhood. I have fond memories of sitting on the front of the property watching the world go by of an evening. This place has a liqueur licence, so I was nice to do this with a pre dinner glass of wine.

All was just fine here, including breakfast and our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this place at all. In fact it was our favourite (we are Brits hence the spelling) place on our 2017 New England Tour.

We stayed at The Brunswick Inn while visiting colleges in Maine. We were greeted by Sarah when we arrived and she was extremely helpful getting us acquainted with the Inn and in making us cocktails as we sat by the fire later that evening! She even went out of her way to make my son hot chocolate later that night. The next morning we met the owner, Eileen, and we had a lovely breakfast - including her “famous” granola that is packaged and sold to businesses and other hotels. Farm fresh eggs and buttermilk pancakes to boot! The room we had was perfect for three and had its own bathroom. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you Brunswick Inn and staff for helping to make our college tour visiting tour pleasant in Brunswick, ME.

We had no idea what to expect in Brunswick, this was our final night in Maine before heading back to Boston to fly home. The Brunswick Inn is well located between the school and old downtown with several restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and local information. Breakfast was wonderful! Room was spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a nice visit!

Room Tip: Tour of the campus was very enjoyable (just beautiful)
