I have been a big fan of Chef Niko from his days at Emilitsa in Portland. Last weekend four of us went to visit his new retaurant in Farmington and we were all delighted that we did. The food was outstanding, as was the service and the outside atmosphere by the fire. We sampled almost everything on the menu, spanakopita, sliders, greek salad, fries with salty mizithra, chicken gyros and lamb gyros. We ran out of room otherwise we would have had more. The quality is superb, as are all the distinctive flavors. I am jealous of those who live in the area, if I was closer, I would eat there twice a week. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Well done chef!
