We stayed here 1 night on 13.10.15 - all OK but the winning aspect to this place is the ideal location ie arrive, bump bags and 'WALK' into town just over the bridge - which is a lovely place!!
The rooms are proper old fashioned in style - but who cares for a night or 2.
Staff very approachable and interact nicely.
Breakfast was ample enough to get you on your way and the lady waiting on did all she could to help you!!

Room Tip: Room choice doesn't impact on stay

My husband and I recently went away for our anniversary weekend and I found this place on tripadvisor. I called the hotel directly because I wanted a special room for our weekend away. I booked a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi for an extra $60/night. We got in to town late, checked in, and headed to town to get some dinner. Went back to our room, filled the jacuzzi, found that the jacuzzi was broken. It was late so I went to the front desk the next morning and couldn't find anyone. New had to leave for the day so when we got back that evening I went to the front desk again to let them know the jacuzzi didn't work. The lady told me "yeah other people have complained about that but we have checked it out and it is fine". I explained it wasn't fine and she said that it was the weekend so somebody wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday the earliest. I nicely asked if our bill would be adjusted for this extra item we paid for not working and she said she couldn't guarantee anything. Needless to say you discuss wanting a refund for anything and they send someone to fix it. Thank you to the pleasant & quick working maintenance man, we really appreciate it. All that it needed was the broken button fixed which could have been done with the previous complaints. Basically we paid for a jacuzzi suite and it worked for 12 hours of hour 2 night stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was beautiful, loved the double shower and the breakfast was very delicious for a complimentary one. There was a nice lady who made me waffles every morning and did so with a smile, she definitely started my day off right seeing her smiling face each morning. The only other tiny issue is the rooms could use a down home cleaning. Were they dirty? No. They could however use all the nooks and crannies cleaned and all the corner cobwebs taken care of. Overall would definitely stay again but wouldn't pay all that extra for a suite. Wifi is hit or miss as well.

Room Tip: Stick with a basic room. Good price comfortable accomodations.

This Inn is located as close to the Kennebunkport Bridge as you can get - walk to anywhere in town after you parked the car in the onsite lot. It has a true B&B feeling despite the look of a motel in some parts of the building. The room we had was spacious, well furnished and very clean with free WiFi. The double sink was outside the bathroom which by itself is small with a shower/tub combo and toilet. The included extended Continental Breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, bagels, muffins and freshly made waffles by the attentive breakfast staff. Unfortunately, the coffee was so watery and weak, it was undrinkable - this can so easily be corrected and would make it a perfect start of the new day. Overall a pleasant stay and a good stop in a very walk-able town.

At first we thought it was a bed and breakfast kind of place but all the rooms are off the back parking lot( our was ground level) so reminds you more of a motel. But inside, the room had totally bed and breakfast feel. Wallpaper on the wall, poster bed, wood beams on the ceiling. We took a room with Jacuzzi tub, very clean, separate shower... Crisp, white sheets, plenty of towels. Good breakfast, waffles, cereal, granola, yogurt..... Would stay again

Clean room, great shower, comfortable beds, good breakfast, excellent location, free parking. We were able to easily walk to many shops/restaurants in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Excellent value for the price.
