Over the past 70 years, we have expanded into what today is a 350 seat, full service, family owned and operated restaurant. We are located on the waterfront on the southern tip of the Maine coast. We offer great seafood, lobster, steak, chicken and other specialities with outstanding service in a comfortable and casual family atmosphere. We feature the "Seacoast's Finest Salad Bar" with over 60 fresh and tantalizing items. We also offer a "Kid's Menu", gift shop, seasonal outdoor deck, cocktail lounge and plenty of seating with ample parking. We also offer free seasonal valet parking for our guests. We are Handicap Accessible and open daily at 1130 am. Currently, there are 3 generations of the Cunningham family involved in the daily operation of this world renouned restaurant!

This could be their battle cry to promote the business, but everyone already knows Maine lobsters are world-renowned. We spent the night in the Portsmouth area, but had planned months early to visit Warren’s for, you guessed it, LOBSTER.

Lobster can be prepared numerous ways and Warren’s offers them all. Some dishes have set prices and others are dependent upon market price, so ask before ordering. I chose Lobster Thermidor, only because very never had it. My wife chose the Piles of Claws, or something which was better. There were both very good. Sure, lobsters here are less expensive than back home, but still not cheap. Other dishes are offered, if by some chance you do not want lobster.

The night we were there, it was foggy on the river and we couldn’t see more than about 100 feet. When we passed through Kittery on the return trip a week later, it was a bright sunny day. Warren’s has a great view right on the water. There is even a Navy base only a few 100 meters away.

We found Warren's while looking for a different Lobster house and it was meant to be! Fantastic fresh lobster and salad bar right on the water. The restaurant was full of locals so we knew it would be good. Friendly and fast service and delicious food.

Warren's is a wonderful local lobster house located on the north side of the bridge connecting Portsmouth and Kittery. LOVED the baked stuff lobster, but you can get your lobster about 10 different ways! Great salad bar. Don't miss Warrens! But get there before 8pm!

Forget the white linen - Warren's is all about great food and great service in a classic, comfortable setting. The cool dining room reeks of history - they've been doing great seafood for decades! And it's obvious why - they do it right!
