The hotel was a big disappointment. Not very clean. Pool area was not very clean. The hot tub wasn’t very hot. It was only half full. Workout room was closed. Hot tub had gravel in the bottom of it. No towels on pool area. Room was not cleaned very well. I felt that no one checked the rooms after the staff cleaned them because if they did they would have saw the dirty areas.
Disgusting. Dirty, smelly, unsafe. Toenail clippings on the floor. Abandoned looking building. Sketchy people hanging around. The inside of this building smells and has not been updated since the 1970s. Old abandoned club attached. It's amazing that they aren't condemned by the heath department.
The city condemned the building yet they were still honoring bookings. If there had been any other place to stay we would never have stayed here
Never will I stay here again. It felt very unsafe. Broken lock. No breakfast prepared but their weird signage was out, along with strange signage at the front desk. All in all, poorly maintained. Would definately NOT recommend
Room had roaches, refused a refund, no management, told manager would call never did, people fighting and yelling all night, drugs and prostitution, most unprofessional staff I've ever had to deal with
