The hotel is showing its age and needs a facelift, but for those on a budget, it is fine. The beds were comfortable and it was close to some restaurants (although not really walkable as they were on a busy street without much sidewalk, but just a 2-5 minute drive away) The breakfast was fine for us - we just needed toast and coffee, but that's all there is (and 2 kinds of cereal), but no fresh fruit or waffle maker like you find in many Super 8's. The garbage can in the breakfast area wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we were there, and it was overflowing by the morning we checked out. I'm guessing that like so many hotels these days, they simply can't find the staff to do these jobs. The floors in rooms are carpeted and were likely clean, but certainly show their age. When we wanted towels changed, they did it in just a few minutes which was wonderful, and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The shower worked fine and there was lots of hot water, but the tub was stained and the walls could use a coat of paint. If you know all of this going in and don't need anything more than a comfortable place to sleep for a night or two, then this hotel would likely be acceptable to you!
