Stayed here while visiting relatives in Portland. Chose this hotel based on 4 star rating from TripAdvisor, this is definitely NOT a 4 star facility.

Pros: Fairly clean although a layer of dust on the furniture when we checked in. Staff was friendly and competent. Close to I95 and easy to get to. Does have a gym and a pool which looked nice.

Cons: Strangely furnished room. King bed was up against the wall on one side, no night stand and had to crawl from the foot of the bed to get in. Plenty of room on the other side, it could have been given more space on both sides. No electric outlets available to charge phones, had to unplug lights to charge. Desk was not located near any outlets at all. GFI outlet in the bathroom did not work, would not maintain current.
Drop ceiling in the bathroom looked like the tiles were cut with a chainsaw. Non-smoking room that must have been a smoking room at some point, tobacco odor when AC fan was running. No vent grill on the heat/AC unit - could not adjust the air flow and VERY noisy

The room was big and it fit up to 5 people. I liked that there were two restaurant attached to the Hotel. The Egg and I was good for breakfast and lunch and they had another one for dinner which I didn't get to try. It was very centralized and was next to Route 95 north and south, which was very convenient to travel around the area. The carpet and the balcony needs a good cleaning but the room had good air conditioner and TV. Also was very quiet at night and no disruptions.
