In town for a festival as vendors and found the Adams Tap House. We are very familiar with the original Adams and were looking forward to some ribs. Walked in at 5:45pm on Friday. Hostess asked how many, we said two , she questioned that- seemed odd but whatever. Took us to a booth in the back past the bar and main seating area. Seemed ok. However, the table next to us was served and approached no less than three times. Not one of the 6 staff we saw on our way to be seated came over to us. It was like they weren’t allowed out of the bar area? We did make eye contact a couple different times but no one cared that we were there. After 15 minutes we took the menus to the Hostess told her why we were leaving and she asked if we “were sure she hadn’t come back to check and see if we had seen a server yet”. What? Hopefully the two families waiting to be seated took the hint and went elsewhere.
By the way we went less than a mile down the street and got the same meal plus all you can eat salad bar at Ruby Tuesday’s (I know not your first choice), had great service and it cost $2 less. And they had gluten free options that expanded the menu for my wife
PS: my money spends just as well everywhere else—
