Arrived late; friendly desk staff were competent and thorough; check-in went smoothly. Room was spacious (had a king bed), with nice desk area and lounge chair - fridge and microwave. TV was a little small for the room. Facility was clean, though had seen better days. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a basic continental with eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel (swimming pool side) in winter.

The room was large but dark partly since it was painted in high gloss dark colors and was sparsely funished. there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. The pillows om the beds were lumpy. No sanitizer wipes for the phone, swithch plates or remote. The towels were thin and well wore. In In the bathroom there was only one tiny unwrapped piece of soap, no contioner, body cream etc. There was a dispenser in the tub for body soap and shampoo. The bed sheets were clean but old and thin. The lobby very large, spare (hardly any seating, woren and lifeless appearance. The breakfast had watered down juices, milk served in a plastic container in the refrigerator, not individual half pints offering various types and scrabbled eggs with suasage only. I couldn't tell if this hotel was a Best Western or a Wyndam as they used multiple products wth differnt logos.

I arrived a few hours early, and the hotel was able to accommodate me with a room right away. The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had.

This was just a stopover stay, but we were very pleased. The whole room had a makeover - complete new bath, furniture, carpet and paint. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a little lumpy. The breakfast area was supervised so everything was clean and fresh. Scrambled eggs, sausage or waffles were the main choices, along with the usual cereal etc. There is an all-night diner attached to the hotel which was very convenient since we travel with a pet. Not 5 star by any means, but it was a diner. Decent food food little money. My only complaint with this location is scratchy, rough towels. Would it really kill your profits to add a little softener? Really.

Room Tip: All rooms are on the second floor or above.
