Great staff impeccable service and overall very accommodating. Enjoyed the executive lounge which was excellent for me to conduct additional business while having a pleasant view and a few cocktails..

Very good location, very close to BWI, restaurants and rental cars center. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom is a little small and no bathtub. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK and not worth of paying.

Really I would have preferred to give them a 3.5 rating but TA only has 3=average or 4=very good. We waited 20 min after calling for the shuttle at the airport and ultimately climbed on the Doubletree/Hilton shuttle who was kind enough to take us where we needed to go. Check in was smooth and the employees helpful.

The rooms are adequate, not as nice as I expected from a Hilton to be honest. The bathroom had been remodeled and was pretty with a walk-in shower. Decent water pressure, nice toiletries. The tv/cable reception was struggling, possibly because of storms although it was barely raining for part of the time.

I had the breakfast buffet two mornings and thought it was pretty good. I was there for meetings and the conference rooms were decently appointed but the AC was frigid. The employees seemed quick to help Our organizers.

Silly but the one thing that I found quite annoying, both days the cleaning person parked his supply cart in the short hall leading to the women’s restroom all day long. The second day I finally pushed it out of the way and later noticed someone finally put it away.

Overall, it was acceptable but unremarkable.

I stayed in a club level room w/ 2 queen beds on the 10th floor. (the actual club room is on the 11th) From what I hear the hotel considers 9-11 club.
The service at drop off is non existent so be prepared to carry your own bags. There were no luggage carts available so it would be a little rough if you didn’t have wheels.
The front desk was quick and efficient... Room w/ 2 queens was a good size and fairly clean...some mold in the shower...nice Crabtree soaps.
The club room has a great view of the airport, a decent TV and an ok selection of snacks/drinks.
The indoor pool is on the 2nd floor and is in good condition...they had towels out. Fitness room is also on the second floor...standard equipment and size.
Not a real 4 star hotel but not bad by any stretch.

We checked into the hotel today for a one night’s stay. Our initial frustration of waiting for the shuttle was taken care of right away when we were taken care of by the front desk manager, Amanda. She was extremely welcoming and apologized for the inconvenience and took great care of us. She checked us into a great room and was kind enough to upgrade us to the Executive Floor due to the inconvenience we experienced. We had access to the lounge and we were warmly greeted by Zakera. She was so sweet and did whatever she cld to make sure we were taken care of. Our boys (6 & 8) just kept saying how nice she was :). The food was surprisingly really good with a great selection and wine/beer. They even had huge chocolate chip cookies and Zakera was so sweet to find some milk for the boys with their cookies. Also have a nice indoor pool and gym on 2nd floor. Definitely recommend the Hilton BWI mostly due to the outstanding customer service of Amanda and Zakera! Thank you for making our joy so enjoyable, ladies!
