We were stuck at BWI because of equipment failure and our airline sent us to Residence Inn Baltimore BWI after midnight. We were met by Rodonna Upshur at the desk and she did her absolute best to accommodate a large group of very unprepared travelers. She explained what she could vs what she couldnt do to assist us.
Rodonna was still there during the entire morning to help a brand new desk employee who would have been completely overwhelmed by the scope of the issues. She was still on duty when we left about 11 am! Rodonna gave us exceptional service and we want to publicly say "Thank You!"
