After reading the rest of the reviews I can't help but think that this place just doesn't serve their best food on Mondays during off season. The Host/Waiter/Meat Carver was very pleasant. But as we approached the meat station he looked at the overcooked, dry, obviously left over meat and said he wouldn't eat it. (He gets another point for honesty.) I understand it was off season but nothing was fresh. Other customers complained. If we were the only people there I might have understood the leftovers that were served on the buffet. But there were at least 6 unhappy tables there that night. Very disappointed.
