I wrote a not very flattering review while I stayed at this hotel. I did have a problem, and when I called the front desk to resolve it, the person that I spoke with was very rude. I left early, and while I understand that the management and I do not agree on what happened, the reason that I am writing this is because, first of all, I couldn't figure out how to revise my earlier review so I deleted it, and second, they did make things right. The morning after my problem occurred, I informed the front desk that I was leaving a day early, and I did. I requested a refund for the night that I was not staying there. I was told that the manager was not there and that the manager would call me. The woman at the front desk who helped me in the morning was very understanding and professional, and I felt like she did take my concerns seriously. I never got a call from the manager, so I waited until the next week to call. I was then informed that they not only refunded my one night stay that I didn't stay, they refunded what I think was two nights. They really didn't have to refund anything, and I didn't think they did, since no one called me, and since my initial contact with the front desk when I discovered the problem was...I wrote a not very flattering review while I stayed at this hotel.
