Hangar B has insane location. It is quite literally overlooking a tiny airstrip where planes helicopters and everything in between land and take off. This alone makes the experience. However in terms of food hangar B is a hit or a miss. I had the juevos rancheros and my friend had the lemon pancakes. The juevos rancheros were incredible, I mean absolutely amazing. The pancakes were bland and boring and were only made better by the fruit that is put on top of them. Furthermore, the selection isn’t great so there really isn’t a need to come back. Other than that the service was incredible. I would recommend coming to hangar B

Fantastic food, if you're a foodie and in the Chatham area, you can't find a better breakfast joint. Service left a bit to be desires but hey it was a busy week on cape cod, you can only expect so much.

Just had a $50 breakfast at Hanger B. Very crowded but got seated right away. Then waited forever for our food. My wife had a version of their French Toast that was lukewarm and very heavy. Not good. The best part of the plate was the berries that came with it. I had their Eggs Benedict plus sausage. The sausage for $5 was 3 small links. The EB consisted of 2 wafer thin slices of Canadian bacon, 2 OK eggs, and an orange colored sauce that was so vinegary as to be sour on oversized muffin slices. Not good. The coffee was decent and the service pleasant. We could have had a far better breakfast for half the price at Larry's PX. A mistake we won't make again.

Driving on Queen Anne Road I noticed the airport sign and remembered someone raving about the “coffee shop” that was there, so I decided to try it. Hanger B was worth the stop and even merits a destination trip. The menu offers creative takes on expected breakfast options. The red flannel hash is a winner. Beets, sweet potatoes, and bacon pieces form the hash which is topped with two perfectly poached eggs and drizzled with a horseradish cream topping. It is served with two large slices of bread to slather with their homemade strawberry jam and lemon curd—delicious. They offer a selection of teas and shrub beverages. The service is quick and friendly and watching the bi-
planes readying for a ride contributes to the unique setting.

You spend your hard earned vacation dollars on a trip to Cape Cod, why not have the best breakfast possible?

We weren't on vacation yesterday but it was a Saturday and the weather was perfect so we decided on a day trip to Cape Cod. Specifically all the way to Provincetown with a breakfast stop at Hanger B. The Chatham airport had an Open House, so parking was PACKED but most folks were looking at classic cars and all sorts of aircraft on display (including a Coast Guard copter!) and taking rides in an antique fire engine. We put our names in at 9:30 or so and were told 45 minutes, so we explored the exhibits and got a great seat on the deck at 10:15, where we thoroughly enjoyed our omelette and Banana Bread French Toast. OUTSTANDING as usual.
